Yesterday Effects (“Yesterday Effects”) does not sell customer information such as email addresses or telephone numbers to third parties. We maintain customer phone numbers in our own records only so that we can contact you. We do no “direct telemarketing” by telephone, and we will not offer your name and phone number to any company that does. We periodically send out news and offers via email to customers who have purchased our products and/or signed up to receive promotions. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will only use your email address to send you information about Yesterday Effects and related information. If you ever want to stop receiving communications from us, please click the “unsubscribe” link in our email, and we will remove you from our newsletter subscriber list.

Yesterday Effects provides its services to you subject to the following policies which may be updated and/or revised from time to time by Yesterday Effects without notice to you, and which become effective when posted. Please refer to this page to review our most current policies and terms of use.
shipping policy
Yesterday Effects will ship with tracking to the the United States. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, email [email protected] or message us on our contact page.
return policy
Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in new condition, shipped in the original packing material to qualify for a refund. Worn or abused products or products will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and/or store credit only. We reserve the right to deny a return in the case of excessive wear. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Returns and refunds will be issued up to 2 days after receiving the pedal only if the pedal arrives in a defective/non-functioning state. Custom pedal builds are not eligible for return/refund unless they've arrived in a non-functioning state.
warranty
Yesterday Effects warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If the product fails within the warranty period, Yesterday Effects will repair or, at our discretion, replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser. If the one year warranty has expired, Yesterday Effects can repair units for a reasonable cost, depending on the damage.
limits of liability
In the case of malfunction, the purchaser’s sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. Yesterday Effects will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Yesterday Effects be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the product. Yesterday Effects disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By using the product, the user accepts all terms herein.
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product as recommended by Yesterday Effects. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or improper storage.
